Effective October 1, 2008, new federal legislation provides funding for agencies in all 50 states that provide in-person counseling for homeowners facing default or foreclosure. Counseling agencies can leverage Titanium’s nationwide network of Home Retention Consultants to locate homeowners in need of such services.
